Mas de Bach - Your slice of French Paradise in Tarn et Garonne

Mas de Bach is a tastefully renovated farmhouse located near to the beautiful medieval town of St. Antonin Noble Val, less than an hour and a half from Toulouse Blagnac airport. It has a stunning south-facing position overlooking an extensive rural valley over which the pretty village of Carrendier can be seen. The house has three bedrooms, two lounges and a large infinity pool. It is situated along a quiet lane in peaceful countryside, ten minutes drive from St Antonin Noble Val.

The heart of Mas de Bach

The back garden, showing the incredible setting.

(Note, this photo was taken before the addition of the pool fence in 2015)

Let the kids run riot in the back garden!

As parents of young children ourselves, we know what it means to have a safe area for the kids to play.
The recent addition of wooden and glass fencing around the pool, provides security for our little guests, whilst leaving the stunning pool-side views unaffected.
The back garden (as pictured here) is also protected from the road by a thick screen of bamboo.
In the late afternoon, the pool terrace benefits from a welcome shady area provided by the large sycamore tree seen on the right of this photo.

Relax in absolute privacy and tranquility

The exclusive south-facing infinity swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres, and has a deep-end and Roman steps. There are plenty of sun chairs, sun loungers and parasols. The setting of the pool is simply idyllic - it overlooks the glorious view, and the generous tiled terraces around it provide a great area for relaxing and soaking uip the sun.

The whole pool area is screened from the quiet country lane by extensive bamboo plants.

There is a charcoal barbecue along with a metal bistro-style table and chairs for evening dining by the pool.

Infinity pool

The nearby village of Carrendier can be seen here in the distance.
In recent years the growth of the trees below the pool area has led to even greater privacy now.

Since this photo was taken, the pool area has become heavily shielded from view by the walnut trees next to the pool.

Mas de Bach has a simply perfect setting

New for 2015, the fence around the pool area and pool alarm ensure the security of our little guests.

The perfect place to enjoy a meal

The glass fence barely interrupts the spectacular views, but provides peace of mind for parents (and for those who like a drink!)

The front of Mas de Bach

Upon arrival at Mas de Bach, a private gravel driveway will lead you to the front of this quintessentially French country farmhouse. Covered parking for two vehicles is available within the open barn, along with driveway parking for up to six cars.

The grounds are extensive, and children will love exploring them! Adjacent to this entrance way is a large meadow surrounded by large old oak trees, and a track which leads down into the valley. There are also many lawned areas around the house, on various terraces.

Flora abound

The property has lavender, roses and a herb garden which attract scores of butterflies in summer.
The arched blue door seen here is the "cellier" and is home to the washing machine and drier.

Attracts butterflies, bees and hummingbird moths (amazing moths that actually look like tiny hummingbirds!)
